George W. Hungerford
George has over 35 years of value-added real estate investment experience, involving numerous properties and property types in British Columbia, Alberta, and the USA. He has fostered long and successful relationships with investors, increasing the value of their real estate portfolios over time. At Hungerford Properties, George concentrates on high level decision-making, building and maintaining senior level relationships and investor relations. His background includes strong real estate skills in acquisitions, financing, development, management and law.
George is a well-respected community member and has held numerous leadership roles on such boards and committees as the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Games Operating Trust Society, The Pacific Salmon Foundation, The Salvation Army, and the BC Cancer Foundation. He is a former Board Member and past-President of St. George’s School foundation and remains an honorary Chairman of the board of directors. His numerous honours and awards for his accomplishments include the Order of Canada, Queen’s Counsel, Olympic Gold Medal (Pairs Rowing), and the Lou Marsh Trophy. George attended Shawnigan Lake School, an internationally recognized preparatory school and holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia.

Michael is responsible for property management, development management, sales and marketing and customer service. Under Michael’s leadership since 2003, Hungerford Properties has received over 15 local and national awards for development and refurbishment projects which have spanned a wide range of asset classes and geographies. Prior to focusing his career in real estate investment, Michael was part of the team that founded, grew and took public eGain Communications (NASDAQ: EGAN) where over the course of 6 years, he was responsible for various aspects of the company’s sales, marketing, and strategic development. Prior to Michael’s entrepreneurial venture in software, he lived in China for two years working in the real estate and technology fields.
Michael has been on the Board of Directors of the Vancouver Heritage Foundation since 2005 and co-chairs its fundraising campaign. Since 2006 he has served on the Board of the BC Cancer Foundation. Michael was named to Business in Vancouver’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2009. Michael attended St. George’s School in Vancouver and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Queen’s University in Political Science, and a Masters of Business Administration from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.

Andrew is responsible for asset management, finance and acquisitions/dispositions. Andrew has over 11 years of real estate experience during which he has been involved in the acquisition and asset management of over $3 billion worth of real estate in North America and Europe. Prior to Hungerford Properties, Andrew worked in real estate private equity specializing in acquisitions and asset management at Deutsche Bank RREEF in London and at The City Investment Fund, a Morgan Stanley co-sponsored fund, in New York City. He has also worked at Goldman Sachs in London, Hutchison Whampoa Ltd. in Hong Kong and KPMG’s real estate group in Vancouver.
Andrew is the Chair of The Salvation Army Vancouver Harbour Light Community Council and is a member of the Campaign Cabinet for the Queen’s University School of Business Capital Campaign. Andrew attended St. George’s School in Vancouver and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Queen’s University and a Masters of Business Administration from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. Andrew is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder, a Chartered Accountant in Canada and a Certified Public Accountant in the United States.

Director of Business Development
Jessica is responsible for overseeing business development which includes capital fundraising, investor relations and launching new business initiatives. Jessica has extensive experience in business development and growing organizations, and has spoken locally and internationally on the topic. Prior to joining Hungerford Properties, Jessica was the Director of Development at the Vancouver Art Gallery where she held ultimate responsibility for raising funds for the institution.
During her tenure at the Gallery and under her leadership, fundraising revenues increased by 166% and supporters of the institution grew five times. Jessica graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts and has a Certified Fund Raising Executive designation from CFRE International. She is President of the Board of Directors of The Electric Company Theatre and sits on the Nominations Committee of the YWCA Women of Distinction Awards.

Director of Sales, Marketing & Service
Jason is responsible for leading corporate and project-related sales, marketing and service activities. He leads a team of sales professionals with extensive knowledge of Western Canada’s three largest cities. Jason has over 15 years of real estate experience having worked in over 20 different geographic markets across Canada, Europe and the United States.
In so doing, he has played a leadership role in over 35 residential and mixed-use developments helping bring to market over 3,000 residential units representing more than $2.5 billion in revenue. Jason has worked with Intrawest, Starwood Hotels, Four Seasons and the Ritz Carlton. Jason is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology Real Estate Program and University of British Columbia Urban Land Program.

Director of Finance & Accounting
Vincent is responsible for overseeing finance and accounting. Vincent has 11 years of real estate experience, including finance, accounting, acquisitions, investor reporting, and auditor liaison. Prior to HP, Vincent worked for League Financial Partners, a real estate management and development company, which raises capital through syndicates of retail investors. At League, Vincent was responsible for the finance and accounting of a $300 million portfolio consisting of development and income-producing properties across Canada. He was also involved in the due diligence, financial analysis and valuation processes supporting the acquisitions activities of the organization.
Prior to joining League, Vincent worked at Bentall Kennedy as an Accounting Manager, where he was responsible for a staff of four and a predominantly Western Canada portfolio, including commercial towers, industrial properties and development properties, with an approximate value of $2 billion. Vincent has also worked for Baywest Property Management as an Accounting Manager, responsible for the management of six accounting staff and the oversight of a large portfolio of residential properties in Western Canada. Vincent has a Bachelor of Business Administration and is both a CMA and a CFA charterholder. He is currently enrolled in the part-time joint Executive MBA program at Queen’s University/Cornell University.
